A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What does this mean?

Hi Taaj.Randhawa,

It means processing your application has been completed and the visa office has taken a decision (approval/denial). Wish it would be approval. So, within a short time period you will be getting communication from the visa office to submit your passport (if your case has been approved).
