Question regarding CSQ and Ontario PNP?

Hi guys, stupid question, but although my first preference was and always will be Quebec, there is a slight chance that I receive an Ontario Interest Letter in the next few weeks. I am one from the August intake people. My question is, how far can I go with the Ontario interest until I am in danger to be refused by one or both? What I mean is assuming i get the interest letter and apply in the next month, then get the documents checklist for Quebec in 3 months, can I still apply to both? Will that cause any issues with either?

It is annoying for someone taking other people places and having multiple choices, but I have some problems with some documents that might be requested and i run the risk of getting refused from Quebec and lose all hope of going to Canada.

I dont think any of the provinces penalizes you for applying. You will just have to go for a CIC stage with one of the ITAs.
