Hi guys,

I have recently received a new ITA under FSW, after getting a refusal for previous application a month ago. My medical examination results expire in the end of March, 2018. Should I take a new medical test or the old one is still valid? Generally, the validity of medical exams is one year, but maybe they want to see the results that are valid within six months of application processing time..

P.S.
Same question about Police certificates.

Many thanks for your help!

You can use the same medical exam result in your new application. For PCC from your current country of residence, it should not be older than 6 months at the time of application submission. For PCC from other countries, it should be issued after the date of your last visit to that country.

I suggest you take a new medical as once you get your visa you would have to land within a year of the date of the medical. This will give you flexibility in your travel dates and will also keep you less stressed while waiting for your ITA/ PPR. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can use the old result of med exam.
For pcc, as long as you don't visit that country back since the time you got the PCC, you can submit the old one. For your current country of resident PCC, it's only valid 6 months (even if there is no due date on that).

Hi,

Do you think, I can use my old medicals to submit the application and to take a new examination, while the application is in progress?

Many thanks for your help!
