Question Re Visa Application & Tuition Fee Payment

Greetings.
I have recently secured admission to YorkU. However, I do not need to pay the first trance of my fee till the 10th of September. Would it be okay if I were to apply for a student visa without payment of my fee or would it negatively affect my application?

Thank you for your prompt & helpful response! Though I understand that a tuition fee pre-payment is not essential to apply for a visa, I have heard that if one does make either full or part-payment of the same, it bolsters the visa application. So, if I were not to do so, would my application take either longer, or would there be a negative impact on it?
