Question re. IMM 5002 schedule 1 background/declaration

Hi everyone,

Want to know re the part on IMM 5002 In-Canada Application for PR Schedule 1 Background/Declaration. My spouse is not with me here in Canada. Does she require to fill out this part? Coz there is a check box for 'spouse of the principal applicant'. Or does she get her own set of Background/Declaration Schedule 1 and fill it up back home when I finished this?
