When adding my 1 year foreign work experience in EE CEC profile. Is it okay if i worked for my dads company which is registered in my first name as a company or will CIC will consider this as self employed or self declaration.
Just an FYI i have all the documentation for my foreign work experience. Like LOE and job duties pay details and tenure.
Please help me with your suggestions

Hi there, I'm in a dilemma. Here is my situation.
My current CRS score for express entry CEC is 488. I quit my NOC B job in October 2019. Since November 2019 i have been working as self employed independent partner for UBER as an Uber driver. But in my profile i didn't include any details of my current job as uber driver.

Also i worked as a customer service representative which is a NOC C category job in my intial stages of work permit for 1 year but i didn't include this job as well as it's not NOC O,A,B. Will it be a problem?

Neither self-employment nor NOC C jobs are eligible. You are correct that you should not include them in your profile. Later, if you get an ITA and complete the eAPR, you must include them (you include everything) in the personal history document.

But i do have 1 year experience in NOC B and 1 year foriegn experience as Business Developer.

My understanding was according to express entry they only ask for NOC O,A,B to provide. That's why i didn't include my current job details.
Now if i get ITA on this Wednesday feb 05.
Will it be a problem because i didn't provide IRCC the job details of my current job or can i explain my situation in Letter of explanation.

Following directions generally does not cause problems or require a LOE : )

Thank you jes_ON you're amazing.
Was just wondering about showing my proof of funds. I no longer work for NOC B job anymore. I currently work as an independent contractor which is self employed.
Do i still need to show funds for my EE CEC as i dont have much of savings in my chequings account.
What is concerning me is when i applied for EE 1st stage (EOI) the system wouldn't give me an option to opt for $0 funds so according to the table given on EE profile i opted for "1" person amount which is 13000CAD for proof funds and i definitely don't have that amount in my chequings account. But I'm self employed which means i can survive.
Can u please shed some light on this

"Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer."

Thank you Jes_ON.
Just an FYI i haven't been invited yet my CRS score is 488 currently I'm waiting for tomorrows draw to get invited.
My question is can i change that POF to $0 funds from $13000 as the EE portal wouldn't give me an option for $0 it blanks out when i put $0 I'm so confused as to why it wouldn't let me put $0 when I'm applying under EE CEC.
Also i have only $500 of savings in my chequings account will it be okay to show that amount for the last 6 months of bank statements?
Waiting for your response. Thanks.

Hi there, I was wondering if self-employment is considered as a job offer for EE CEC. As i got invited for P.R but i dont have any savings in my chequings account. But i have been getting paid weekly which means i can show my bank statements for the last 6 months under CEC.
I'm currently self-employed so not sure if it's considered as a job or unemployed for EE CEC.
Please help me out.

Hi there, I was wondering if self-employment is considered as a job offer for EE CEC.

No. It is not even counted as work experience in Canada.

I'm currently self-employed so not sure if it's considered as a job or unemployed for EE CEC.
You´re not unemployed, you´re self-employed, but it doesn´t count towards your work experience, and you cannot count it as a job offer.
