Question proof of financial suppport from sponsor

Hi everyone

My wife and I (and our three small kids) would like to live in Canada, she is Canadian and I'm from Guatemala were we currently live. We are applying planning to apply soon for outland spousal sponsorship. My questions are in regard to the section concerning proof of financial support from sponsor:
1. Is there an amount of money you have to prove you have in the financial support?
2. By financial support Im thinking about sending them some bank account statements and some savings we have but everything concerning those are under my name, should I change it under her name since she is the sponsor or is that not a problem at all?
3. Do the financial support documents have to be translated to English or just how the bank will give them to me (sealed, stamped etc in our native language spanish)?

Searching the forums I have found the following:

Section 133 subsection 4 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations:

Exception to minimum necessary income

(4) Paragraph (1)(j) does not apply if the sponsored person is
(a) the sponsor's spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and has no dependent children;
(b) the sponsor's spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and has a dependent child who has no dependent children; or
(c) a dependent child of the sponsor who has no dependent children or a person referred to in paragraph 117(1)(g).

Paragraphy 1(j) reads:

(j) if the sponsor resides
(i) in a province other than a province referred to in paragraph 131(b), has a total income that is at least equal to the minimum necessary income, and
(ii) in a province referred to in paragraph 131(b), is able, within the meaning of the laws of that province and as determined by the competent authority of that province, to fulfil the undertaking referred to in that paragraph; and
