This is a quote from an expert member of the forum on the other thread, I just share it with you Work Permit states "only valid for the above employer at the above location" therefore from my point of view even you work with same employer you can't transfer from one location to another. Are you gonna request to relocate if ever? :)

noon yan din ang pagkakaintindi at interpretasyon ko.

kakakusap ko pa lang ng isang employer na may dalawang negosyo pero magkaiba ng lugar pero iisang probinsya pa din. gustohin nya man na paglipat lipatin nya mga empleyado nya kung saan sya may pangangailangan di nya magawa sa dahilang iniingatan nya na walang makitang violation ang cic at sc sa track record ng kumpanya nya.

sa mga may kopya ng closed wp, maliwanag na may pasabing kung ano at saan nakatakda ang wp bukod pa sa hanggang kelan.
para sa akin, mahirap isugal ang mga pwedeng maging violation lalo sa dami ng aplikante at pabago bagong patakaran ng cic at sc. kung makakapagtiis na matapos at makakuha ng pnp mas mainam.
