Hi... Anyone can tell me is it okay to follow up the status of my application? Im from philippines... I submitted my LMO 2 months ago. Tapos narin ako medical etc etc... Im just waiting for the result... Ok lang ba mag follow up ako??? How and where??? Thank you

If within 45 days pa application mo after you forwarded your medical results (or the clinic forwarded the med result), you may fax or send a follow email to them. The fax number and the email address where you can make a follow up can be found in the website, i think under "contact us" section kung meron. Magtyaga ka lang na hanapin sa site nila...But if within the 45 day period pa, they said that it will only cause a delay because they cannnot focus on the processing just to attend follow ups from hundreds/thousands of applicants, Hope this helps you.

I am not super confident to answer this question. but according to my lawyer who is working on my visa, it is not helpful to contact the immi office before the "normal" processing timeline is overdued. for example, if the website says it takes two months, then email by the end of two months and they should get back to you. That is what I am told for now.

Thanks for the answers! it's been two months... May 14 - medical done... So May14-June14=1st Month,,, June14-July14=2nd Month... Right guys??? OMG i'm scared to follow up...maybe later may affect my application...

magfollow up ka ng katapusan at least may palugit ka ng kalahating buwan para naman di masuya at kahit papano may leeway ka naman. of course and i believe you know how to deal and approach professionally...

same with you, nag follow up na ko and they did not reply....maybe on process talaga application ko. I need to be patient. We need to...darating din yan at the right time. Anyway ano timeline mo?

Out- and kuya shey- may isang katanungan lang.. Posible ba na mag work ako sa ibang branch/location ng branch ng employer ko? Pero syempre sa ibang lugar ako naka base at ibang address nasa lmo ko..? Same province lang naman. Sa alberta but different town. Dalawa kasi franchise nya. Salamat sa tugon!

Xel, as much as I want to help but I have no idea. But just an opinion, pwede siguro kasi same employer naman...as long as the employer justifies that he needs more manpower in the other branch than your current store. Correct me if I am wrong , OUT?

@ shey... Bsta medical ko nung May 14... After 2 months daw malalaman if may visa o wala... Hn p ko nagpafollow up... Wat do u think? Mag follow up n b ako? Naiinip n tlga ako...

Kelan ba AOR mo? akin kasi April 16 , may 31 med ko to cem , nagfollow up ako July 16...basta after 45 days ata from the time nasubmit yung medical mo to CEM...after ng follow up visa na ngayon july 24....i think may effect din follow up ko wag ka lang makulit sa letter of ffup mo...kelangan with courtesy, include your name, contact number, birthday, file number which you can see in your MR letter, day of AOR. They will reply naman after 2-4 days. Just try it once lang....
