Question on when to do medical to sponsor wife

Soon I am applying for my wife sponsor application
right now she is in US and I am in canada

my question is we should wait till VO tell us to do medical??

or we can do medical and submit it with application for sponsorship and if we submit medical with sponsorship than how can we send xray and blood samples??
Usually doctor send medical results directly to VO but in sponsorship application they first process at Mississauga and than they send to VO which we selected
can anyone give me advice on when to do medical ?

Proof of the medical for a spousal sponsorship must be submitted WITH the application, so you have to do it before, you don't wait to be told to do it.

check in your guide as each country is different. some require it to be included with application and some wait until it is requested.

I have not decided yet but I have 2 options
either New Delhi, India
or USA
