Question on UCI and work experience,DOB while submitting FSW -2014 Application

Hi Experienced Friends,

Please help me in filling and sending application for FSW -2014.

1. In IMOO8(GENERIC APPLICATION FORM) ,there is a UCI number to be filled up if applicable.

I have UCI number from my previous work permit got through my company but not used that work permit . Do i need to fill the UCI number of that work permit which is valid till 2016 while submitting new FSW -2014 application form?

2. In my work experince letter issued by our HR, it is mentioned as FULL TIME basis employee but not mentioned about the number hours worked in that letter . is it fine?

3. I have applied for Data of birth certifcate and it seems it will take around month since my birth record was not registred at that time .

so Can i send my application now with x class certificate(in includes dob) and affiadvit from mother to satisfy birth certificate since CAP is filling quickly and then later once I recive my birth certifcate after one month,Can i send that as additonal document to CIC.

Please advice me so that I can send my application to CIC this week

1. You should mention the UCI that you already have. Your UCI # stays the same for all CIC applications.
2. It is fine if it says full time.
3. It could work, but there have been some people whose applications have been refused when providing the alternative documents. So, it seems it really depends on the specific circumstance and the officer reviewing the case. So it's best to have a birth certificate but if you are in a time crunch then you can try sending the affidavit and 10th grade certificate along with a cover letter clearly stating that these are substitutes for missing birth certificate.

I am the principle applicant.I will try to get my birth certificate asap.
another question is, Do i need to send my wife's birth certificate(Dependent) also along with fsw-2014 application. my wife also currenlty do not have her birth certficate only she has x class certificate.Please advice
