Question on travel information in IMM5669 form under CEC

In last ten years i visited many countries on business visa/work permit for duration ranging from 1 to 3 months.Should i write all the address for visited places( for some i may not have full address so should i enter only city and country)
Any critical guide line ...................

Yes you need to mention for last 10 years , Yes Whatever you know about address would suffice.

Stating city and country is sufficient. However, you need to be explicit about each trip, i.e. if you travelled to a certain country every week over two months, that would need 8 line items.
