Question on the PGWP processing times

Hi, i need a second opinion on this.....

I made my application for the post-grad work permit today online and saw the processing time is 37 days after i had submitted my application.

That would mean i should get my PGWP by August 2, 2012 but my off-campus work permit is expiring on July 31, 2012. Do i need to withdraw my online application and do the paper application instead? (that one has processing time of 27 days) or should i just wait for the online application instead.

I got my 3 years pgwp in 42 days exact!. applied on may 14th.

I'm thinking of leaving the online application as it is, since i have applied within 90 days of receiving notification from the school that i have finished my studies.

I believe i should be under implied status if i don't get the permit by July 31 when my off campus permit expires.
