question on skill transferability factor

I got 38 points on Foreign Work Experience. I could not understand how it summed up to 38 points? I am thinking I may have space to increase it to 50 points. Any suggestion please?

my situation is as follows
50 points for eduction-I see in my EE profile
CELPIP more than 8 in all levels
Foreign work experience 1 plus year
Canadian work experience 2 years
under PGWP in canada without LMIA.

13points==> 1-2 years foreign work experience and CLB 7
25ponits==> 1-2 years foreign work experience and 2 years Canadian experience

You need either CLB9 or 3 years foreign work experience to increase your it.
