Hi Members,

I worked as Piping Engineer,Which comes under NOC 2132(Mechanical Engineer). So for the question whether i should i write Piping engineer or Mechanical Engineer?

I have also worked as Piping foreman. Will this be valid for points?

Write "NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineer" as your Primary NOC. Exact designations and job titles are not important, only your duties and main responsibilities are vital to be eligible under certain NOC code. Piping foreman is also okay to gain points for your overall experience.

Whether I am eligible for Express Entry?Please guide. I am from India and my qualifications are as below,
1. BTECH(MECHANICAL) - 72% - 2009
2. SENIOR SECONDARY - 93% - 2005
3. SECONDARY - 92 % - 2003

I have not written IELTS yet. My exam date is jan 2015 and I expect 6.5. The problem is I have worked from 2010 until now in a field entirely different from mechanical. If I obtain a certificate of experience in Mechanical field is it become a problem? Or what else is the possibilities. Please help. What are my chances of student visa for MS.

Hi Members,

I'm Sagar, Having 7+years of experience in Piping Stress Analysis. I am planning to apply Canada PR (FSW)under express entry for year 2015. How about job opportunities in Canada. I saw most of the jobs require Registered as a professional Engineer with APEGA. But we are Indians we won't get that registration until we go and write exams. Without this registration are we able to get jobs? I am about apply for PR, your guidance ll help me to proceed further. Please do the needful. Thank you very much.
