question on reference document for calculating status days in canada

Hi all, Please I need some information on how to calculate your status in canada.

I came in as a student in 2016, I got my work permit in 2017 and my PR IN 2019.

I am about to apply for my citizenship now. my question is do i use my study and work permit documents (issue and expire dates)

or the dates on the temporary resident visa issue and expiry dates .

1. The student and work permit documents, note that is you applied today, the resident period would be only back to Sept/2016 and you could only receive 1 year credit @ half time for time on work/study permits.
