Find a doctor in your country from this list. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx . Then you have to make a appointment with that doctor/clinic/hospital. They will send the results to IRCC.

I have applied for september intake, while I await for the LOA from the colleges. I wanted to keep all the required documents ready. When should I apply for medical? After I receive the LOA or can I get it done now? Please tell me the steps involved for getting the medical test.

You can get the medical done at any time. Do note that the medical test is only valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Follow the exact same steps as I mentioned before.
