I do not submit French test result. Should I check the four little box in above section?

You should check 4 little boxes, the first one you tick in computer, the second one you tick in hand I mean with blue pen. But, nobody knows how will work the online system for the next year. Maybe you have to check 4 boxes in computer, I don't know. However, you should prepare all your documents and scan them. Good luck!
