well, a business card should have an address, a telephone number and a fax number if possible. If those are on the letterhead, it might be okay. We think CIC would understand that some companies do not have business cards, but if your company does have business card, then don't take the chance. Any time you go against the rules, its a risk but this is probably not a big risk. I didn't send business card for one of my companies but did send in a copy of the email saying that they don't give their business card with the HR letter.

Hi Rupesh,
I am applying in 0213 NOC. But my postion is Projects Coordinator not I.T Manager. My company will agree to give me a letter with "Projects Coordinator/I.T. Manger, with all duties I performed.
Please help me, shall I ask them to give me as project Coordinator or I.T Manager, only one?
Shall I give them the duties mentioned in CIC to the HR to put in my ref letter?
One of my previous employer is out of business but I have old ref letter from him and H1 copy and offer letter, is it ok.
Please reply.
thanks.

For your old employer, the old reference letter and offer letter should be fine (also substantiating with h1 is great).

For your current employer, I don't understand your question. You can put any title as long as your duties that you performed are 0213. That is my understanding anyway. Don't copy duties from CIC website.

can you explain me what is meant by h1 copy / HR Letter? can you write more about it? what does mean by business card as asked for full application from the company? is this business card is visiting card? i am from london. my company is big but they dont have business card. what shall i do? i think my experience letter / job description is on company's letter head with all email/contact no. and address. do you think it can be sufficient to represnt business card?

h1b /h1 relates to those who live in the US. ITs a US visa. HR means human resources. Business card holds individual's contact details.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_card

If your company is big, someone in your company will have a business card, but perhaps not everyone.

It should be sufficient.
