question on immigration

Hi, dear all

I just graduated from university with bachelor degree. I can get a job as manager at a clothes store which mainly sell wedding veil. This store has 3 full-time staffs and 2-5 part-time staffs depends on how busy they will be.

1: I'm curious if I can apply for immigration after working here one year. (since someone told me, retail title no longer eligible for immigration)
2: under which NOC XXXX, my title should be
3: what is reasonable wage at this position (I'm in Ontario)

Thank you, hope someone can solve my confusion :)

and my degree is: 4 years bachelor, with CGPA: B+
Well, if you really work as a Manager, then yes it is considered skilled - this is the NOC description - it is Skill Level O -
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0621

But for CIC to believe you are a manager, you would have to have significant prior retail experience, and your job duties would have to correspond to those of the NOC.

Retail supervisor is also "skilled" (Skill level B)
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=6&val1=6211&val65=0621

Retail sales persons are classified as unskilled, that experience would not "count" -

thank you :), an ICCRC told me too... If I got manager without any experience, immigration office would think it's unreasonable...
how long should be counted as significant experience prior a manager

I would guess a couple of years at NOC 6421 and then a couple of years at NOC 6211, at a minimum...
