question on imm008

hello,

im filling up my 008 form, there is a part that asks 'date and place of last entry into canada'. I was there in 2014, but I am unable to fill up the space because it has been grayed out on the soft copy.

do i write the date and place after I print out the form?

It is greyed out because it doesn't apply if you are out of Canada.
