Question on IMM 1344 - Application to Sponsor - Mix-up of document pages

Good day, experts!

Is it okay to submit the IMM 1344 E - Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking document with a mix-up of pages from the same document but different validation code?

Some pages have different number codes than the other. The extra copy I have had the bar codes on them while the final copy doesn't have the barcode. I don't know what happened but maybe the barcode page wasn't printed.

We are just planning to combine the two different validated documents into one, basically to put the barcode page with the one that doesn't have one. We just can't use the other one because I have written something on it by hand.. I've written on top of the document the words "Spouse's Copy."

Would that be okay? I'm worried! Thanks for your help.

Please anyone? We have two sets of IMM 1344 and we plan on combining the two. Because only one set has signature. Please help.

Reprint a recent validated copy and submit that. All of the pages are important.

While I cannot say that the QR-Code being generated has any meaningful data in it, it's there for a reason. So it is reasonable to expect there is some form of validation information in that code. That would raise a red flag not including all the sheets from a "validated" form...

The first set of IMM 1344's problem was the serial number on the bottom page were not clearly shown and I have written the words "Spouse's Copy" on the first page, thinking it was just an extra copy. The setting of the printer cut the numbers. Is that okay to submit? The whole document was validated and matching, and fortunately I was able to attach a signature there. We are just planning to send this copy.

Everything is set and it takes 10 days to send a mail to Canada. Unfortunately, the second set has no bar code page with the rest of the pages.

As long as the document is complete (and includes the barcode page -- this is important!) it should be fine. If it's not, they will return it with a note...

Well having the numbers hand written in is better than not having them at all. I would just add a note that the printer cut them off (sounds like someone forgot to rescale when printing the pdf). Maybe a post-it or a piece of paper just paper-clipped to the IMM 1344. I am sure it will be ok...

Thank you, kind Sir! Yeah, I didn't know. That's why I printed another copy of the document rescaled when I noticed it. But spouse's saying there's no barcode page on the new one I've printed. Now we're in trouble. I think we're just gonna stick with the old one. How soon will I know if the form was rejected?

CPC-M is known to not open mail fast. I would courier it (so you know when they got it). Then you can wait 4-6 weeks usually. If you include an email address, they will email you the acknowledgement of receipt (AOR). This tells you they have accepted it.

I know sending a new copy of the form is a lot better. But do you think risking it with all the errors would be fine, especially the handwritten name on top? I know one should never write something on a validated form. But the one I've written isn't supposed to be considered a vital information that would change the content of the form, right?

They will be ok with the writing of a name on it. Don't worry. Just add a quick note to explain the hand-written numbers and I think you'll be fine.
