I think ive asked this question before, But i just wanted to double confirm that nothing has changed in the last few months
For question 4 - "Immigration office requested for proceeding this application". Im applying form within Canada, So do i put down
CPP - Ottawa?

Another clarification
For Dependent question 11 (a) "Will accompany principle applicant to Canada".

Our Son is a Canadian Citizen since he was born here.
Do we answer "Yes" or "No" For this

Also would we need to send the 6 photographs for our Son as well?
