Question on experience certificate

I have experience certificate from my current manager in 04/2012.
Do I need to get a new certificate before I apply in July 2012 (or) can Re-use the existing one
I'm comfortable asking my manager for experience certificate again.....

I think you should ask for a new one as new one will reflect your current working details.Morover your time period of your work experience enhances.Visa officer is comfortable if your experience matches with the duration of the NOC criteria.NOC-O.A.B---------Total 4 years
