Question on Dependents in ITA Application

There is question in ITA application for the dependent kids that states like this. My kid is born in US and a US Citizen by birth. Do i need to put Yes or no to this question for my kid?

Is bit confusing as the question is related to PR of US not Citizenship but want to check and make sure.

"Are you a lawful permanent resident of the United States with a valid U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) number?
