Could anyone help me with the below question.

1. Once i get BOWP what happen to my current work permit, will it be cancelled? What happen to my TRV visa?

2. To apply for BOWP do I need anything from my current employer?

3. With BOWP in hand will I be able to go out and come back to Canada?

1. Not sure what will happen to your current work permit, but it doesn't matter as with BOWP you can work for any employer including your current employer. No change on TRV

2. No. All you need is AOR for your PR applicaiton & your current workpermit expiry date should be with in 4 months from the date of applicaiton for BOWP.

3. You cannot use BOWP to come back in to Canada. You will have to use your existing TRV or have to apply for a new one if your TRV expires.
