QUESTION ON APPLICATION TO SPONSOR FORM IMM 1344

Hey all!

Just a quick question. On the question where it asks "Have you ever used any other name?( ex nickname, alias, etc)

On facebook I changed my user last name to my husbands last name so would I answer yes? I have not changed my drivers license or any government documents to my husbands last name. But on our chat logs it shows on the chat my last name is "MIRANDA"(My husbands last name)

Any tips would be great!

I think it means have you gone by another name legally like if you had a maiden name, got married and then changed your name. You would list your maiden name. It's so they can check any records in your previous name. (Maiden name) Your legal name is not your facebook name.
