Question on Application form

Hello Guys,

I am filling out application forms for my Canadian PR under federal Skilled Worker category. I have a question about the main application form (Application for Permanent Residence in Canada). On Page 2 of this form, they ask for details of family member along with photographs. My question is: Do I need to provide my parents' or brother's information on this page?

I read the instruction guide for this form and it says that family members include a spouse, a common-law partner, dependent children, and dependent child of a dependednt child. This definition of family members does not include parents, and brothers/ sisters. Does that mean that I can submit this form without filling my parents' and brother's information? Please advise

Yes, but you list them on the IMM 5406.
