Question of the Signature of applicant on Form IMM1294 for Minor child

Hi there,

I am having a question of the Signature of applicant on page 5 for the minor chil.

as I looked up on IRCC page, said your parents must sign the form for you.
But I never enter any name of the parents of the Minor child on this application.

May I know how to do the signature on this form please?

Also, on page 3 Duration of expected study, I should put till 2016 as finishing grade 12 or just put 1 year there, as I only paid for a year tuition?

May I please know how to do the electronic signature for the minor child please?

and also on page 3 the duration of study, can I only fill out the tuition fee, and leave the room and board & Other blank?

or ifI do fill it out, put $0 for room & board? As the minor is living with the family, no charge
