I have just received a job offer from a company. I have two questions of this job offer, not sure if it is eligible for application of BCPNP

1. The Job offer letter said offering me a full-time position, without wordings of "permanent job" / "indeterminate job".....is that ok?
2. They posted job ad on LinkedIn for more than 14 days. However, the job ad did not mention about the wage range, and also the position/job duties of the job ad is different from the job offer I eventually got after negotiation. is that ok?

Thank you all in advance!!!

anyone can help.....?

This is what is written in my offer letter. Please check with the HR, if they can add that clause to make your life simple.

Effective from April 20, 2022 your new rate of pay is C$xxx,000 per year (based on a 40-hour work week and 52 weeks of work per year). This is a regular, full-time position of an indeterminate duration.

I dun think they will customized the offer letter for me.....as it will need their big boss to sign again if hv amendment.....
However, I read the BCPNP guide "Indeterminate means the job offer must not be temporary or have a defined end date."
My offer letter does not have a defined end date, no wording about temporary job offer,,,,,,is that imply it is a indeterminate job offer?

Why hide the first three x's? Please tell us how much you're making. My mind is blown whenever I find someone in Canada who makes C$100,000+.

It is worth asking the HR. If you are joining the org or going to join, then the HR usually help the employees to avoid immigration issues.
If they don't want to, then you can apply anyway.
