Question number 11 - Form CIT0002

hi friends,

i have a clarification on Q11 of form CIT0002, my wife was came as a visitor for 3-4 months during which time we visited USA together for short trips (2-3days), do i need to list these US trips in this question?

Q10 specifically states not to list vacation etc but not sure about Question 11, it doesnt say anything specific. can you advise?

Question 10: list all addresses where u lived in the past 5 years
Question 11: list all u did in the past 5 years (work, studied, unemployed, charity work etc.

trip to the States (and abroad) are to be added in physical presence calculator. Q9
