Question: Not putting N/A on other fields that is answerable with YES / NO

So, I finished my application form and typed them on my computer... (I sent the application today )

SECTION 9 is answerable only with YES / NO and i cant type NA there (this section is mostly request for authorization)

I left this two blank:

- if i reside in quebec, Forward my info to Quebec List of ELectors
-Request for Authorization to Access Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada ( I din't take LINC, I am using my CELPIP Exam as I mentioned in Section 7)

Is this a potential cause to return my application?

For the first one you're good
For the test if it's not mentionned in the list unfortunatly you will her it back

The second one says ("complete only if I want to use LINC as proof of language) which i am not using because I have celpip
Section 9 is only an authorization to let IRCC access my file...


On Section 7 (Language Proof)

I checked off IRCC 3rd party language test because I am submitting my CELPIP RESULTS, so i shouldnt be answering Section 9 to confirm it if im not using LINC right?
