Hi

I had a question regarding my medicals... I am applying for canadian immigration, and I wanted to get your opinions about my health situation.

I suffered from depression 4 years ago, and was prescribed medication. I am still on medication, at a much lower dose nevertheless (my choice really as a preventive measure). Do you think this might affect my chances of passing the medical exam, and getting perm. residence?

I am surprised that such as enquiry has never popped up in any immigration board....Would past mild depression (treated by medication) be considered reasonable grounds for refusing my application? Am I likely to be asked to do further tests (beyond the medical standard test)?

Any advice/ opinion would be appreciated....

Hi seldom ,

You had better forget the past. You are quite good in current thiniking. So do not think about an illness which already left behind. Forget it.
Let the universe decide where you would be. Keep trust on yourself . Everything would be fine.
Thank you
