Thank you!

Employer cannot do that, he is obliged to provide an employee T4. If this is the case, employee should contact Canada Custom and Revenue Agency. They will guide it further and they also have the copy of T4 which employer submitted to CRA.

And tell your former employer you intend to complain to CRA. Your T4 will arrive the next day!!
