Hi there,
Hi, I'm looking to sponsor my parents. In 2016, and 2017 my family have only 5 peoples I'm met the income requirements for 2016 and 2017. In 2018 my family have a new member, I'm still met the income requirements for 2018. My question is how many peoples IRCC will yin 2016 and 2017 for income requirements? If they consider there are 6 peoples in 2016 and 2017, then I will not met the income requirements for 2016 and 2017. And it's very not fair for me :-(
Many thanks,
Andy

Unfortunately, it will be counted as 6 ppl for all 3 years. It only matters when the time you submitted your EOI, and you must to maintain the level of income for 6 ppl through the whole process till your parents' application is approved.

I hope you didn't submit EOI today....
It would be not fair for those who qualified and couldn't get their EOI in...

I agree with this a lot of people know they did not qualify for the income threshold but submitted a form only to disqualify someone else who could have genuinely qualified.

Today was not the day for people to see if they met the criteria they should have figured this out before and allowed others who met the qualifications to apply.

Hopefully the form is reopened so those who want to apply do apply
