Question for employment letter - Urgent

Hello ,

I work as Software tester for some one else incorporation company(jiff inc) which is connected to consultant Xyz whose client is abc Bank.

So my question is do my employer ( incorporation owner) needs this to write on my employment letter like " priya is working as software tester under NOC B code 2283 for our vendor xyz for his client TD bank .........."

will this line create confusion for CEC people? or this would be fine to include . because I was wondering if i include client too then will CEC ask me experience letter form vendor /client which is xyz/TD bank as well ?

Also as per my employment history in CRA it is only incorporation company ( Jiff inc) which is not a big company. it is incorporation company. I have also heard I need to have company's stamp on myh employment letter but I asked my owner , he does not have company stamp but he has letterhead he can write my letter on . is that ok?


Please advice me on this!

You need to get the reference letter from 'your' employer - which in this case will be the (I assume) contracting company, which has contracted you to another organization (assume MNC).

Ensure this letter includes 'all the information' that is requested by CIC. Also ensure that this information is stated clearly and there is no room for any confusion or ambiguity.
In case you are not able to provide any of the requested information, then make sure you provide a clear and valid explanation for that.

Any documents you find worth supporting - attach them. For example if your employer is not able to provide you any particular information on the reference letter due to any valid constraint, then you can include an email exchange between you and your employer about this as supporting document.

I do not believe a 'stamp' is mandatory - mine did not have one. As long as the letter is on the genuine company letter head, it should be ok.

Basically, what you want is a letter that states all the information that qualifies you under CEC - full time work, nature of work for eligible NOC, duration of employment, location and so on.

I understand that this document is very important and can be tricky as the format in which an organization issues it may be standard which may not contain all the requested information in the desired format - but a compiled set of this letter and additional supporting documents to demonstrate that you pass the eligibility should do the job.
