question: education transferbility

I got a master degree in China and a second one in Canada, does thismean two post second ary program?
If so, and i want get the full points, i need to do WES?

If you got a masters degree in Canada you would select Masters degree as your Education qualification. You wouldn't need to get an ECA either because you have a Canadian degree.

but in education transferability session, it shows 25 points for two degrees , 13 points for one.
