Thanks for the clarifications. I googled the information to create a case and am unsure about the following two links to send the information about the renewed passports.

2. CAS - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

Kindly guide me which portal is more appropriate for sending the information about my new passport.

Dude CAS and CSE are different things its not case its case specific enquiry. and 1st option is correct
