Question about working in USA with H4 visa.

I got my PR recently. I am interested to know if you can come to the US on H4 for client site visits for 1-2 weeks if required etc?

My spouse has a H1B and I am on a H4. No H4 EAD though.

If its not possible, would I need to apply for a B1/B2 visa? Will that cause problems for my H4?

Is your H1B spouse living in the US in H1B status? You can only use H4 Visa if that's true.

Technically, you are not allowed to use H4 Visa to travel to US for work. B1/B2 is the correct visa for business meetings. Applying for B1/B2 will not invalidate your ability to have an H4 Visa.
