Hope you are doing well. Could you provide me some guidance about this situation. I have completed one year study program and starting new one year program in January. I got the extended study permit, completion letter of first program , conditional letter of acceptance which says to pay fees and submit other docs before December. I paid the deposit as requested by college to get seat for program and they grant me letter of acceptance. If i dont pay fees before December, it could result in my seat being withdrawn. Since i have enough time to pay fees and submit docs as its October now, can i start working full time now as i meet all the conditions and pay fees and submit docs in November since the deadline is December and I wont be violating any conditions i believe? And also the college issues letter of acceptance only once and wont be issuing any againok but your first degree will not count towards your PGWP because of time between programs. No you can’t work full time until September. You are “eligible to work off campus only during the first 150 consecutive days after the first date they receive written confirmation of program completion.” Your courses aren’t within 150 days of each other.
