Hi guy,

My friend has following questions, please help him, since I really do not know the answer.

1) He worked from Feb 20, 2013, and he asked his supervisor wrote the employment reference letter for him on Feb 20, 2014, but he mail the application to CIC on the end of April. He said he attache all pay stubs from Feb 20 to the end of March.

The problem is, could CIC reject him because his reference letter?

2)He did take 5 days vacation on 2013, but the pay stub for that month was still full payment, could this will consider as paid vacation?

3) Since he works in the university, so they have very long holiday for christmas on 2013, about 13 days. He wondering that is this holiday will affect his application? (he still get pay for Christmas holiday)

You mean he attached some extra paystubs.. If yes this is not a problem.

Yes they will consider as paid vacation.

If he got paid then they would consider as paid vacation.
