Question about work experience letters

My work experience letters are old dated since some work experiences are on countries that i already left and it was hard to communicate and get them but all of them are according to cic requirements,will i face any issues because of that??

I don't think the date matters. They have mentioned nothing on their site about the age of reference/experience letters.

No, the only reference letter that must be as recent as possible is for current employment.
