question about website updating times

sorry if this has been asked or answered elsewhere on the forum - i'm pretty new and haven't been through all of the information yet.

the ECAS website says SA is updated weekly, on tuesdays. it's currently 2:34pm EST. what time of day do they normally update? is there a chance it will be updated later today?

also, do they only advise of SA on tuesdays, or do they send out the notification on whichever day it's decided? i opted for email notification.

My past experience is that CIC is wildly inconsistent on when the the eCAS data is synched. They say it is on Tuesday but no one really knows. I say it is likely random.
