Question about visa office

Hi there, I was readinng the IMM 0008 for federal skilled workers and I have a question:
What do I have to write in the "Visa Office requested for the process of your application" box?. Just my country (Argentina).. the name of the argentinian office (does it have a name?)...

if you live in your country the name of the visa office that is responsible on your country of nationality is :

Buenos Aires, Argentina

1) Buenos Aires

or

2) Buenos Aires, Argentina

?
