Dear friends
I became a Canadian citizen recently and got married recently, and in the process of filing my spousal PR application for my wife.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
On the question 7 of the form IMM1344 from the above link, it asks "If you are a permanent resident or a naturalized Canadian citizen, provide the following information", and for the point (b), it asks for UCI/Client ID.

I assume this UCI/Client ID is the same thing that I see on the back of my citizenship certificate. Right? or is it something different? Could you guys please share your inputs or confirm?

Thank you.
Have a good day.

I left that part blank and just put in the date i received my citizenship . a/b whichever is more recent, which would be your citizenship. I sent my citizenship well a copy of it with my documents .

Thanks for your input, taffy7. I am inclined to think it is the UCI/Client ID from the back of the citizenship certificate, as the question was related to the citizenship/permanent resident.
