Question about two or more certificate

I have done a four-year bachelor degree in Canada and is now thinking about getting another certificate to boost my EE score (because I don't want to do a master just yet)


Ques 1. If I attend an one-year post-graduate certificate course, can i select Two or more certificate?

Ques 2. The program that I am thinking about attending is this https://sais.jhu.edu/academics/certificate-summer-and-non-degree-programs/certificate-chinese-and-american-studies-0, does it count as a post-graduate certificate course?

The program is only 15 weeks so not long enough. You want a one year program.
