Question about the VFS Consent Form

Hello,

I've applied for a transit visa and received the letter requesting my passport. It says I need to send my passport with a copy of the letter, two copies of the VFS Consent Form and the contact info.
On the consent form, however, where you're supposed to fill your name, it says "NAME (printed)". Does that mean that the name should be typed and everything else should be by hand?

PRINTED simply defined as writing or typing your name in CAPITAL LETTERS

Aina11 is fully right PRINTED just mean write in Capital Letter
