Question about the guide and form IMM1344

I have a question about form IMM1344. In the guide it says people that must fill out the form would be me (the sponsor) and my wife (The Principal Applicant). My question is does my wife have to fill out her own form or does she only need to sign the bottom of the form that fill out?
