question about the form

guys the form is currently open for the exempt. if i start filling it now and save, what will happen in 16 august? will they reset all saved forms? thanks.

Can someone please advise about this? The button "Commencer" is greyed out. Not sure if it's because I already have one running. I cannot cancel my previous one.

you fill the from now and keep it ready on big day 16th Aug you just have to hit submit..
