Question about taking a trip with second citizenship

Hey guys, I get a question for using both my canadian passport and other passport for a trip.

If I use my canadian passport to leave/enter Canada and use my the other passport to get into and leave my destination country.Will I be asked by the CBSA why there are no stamps in my canadian passport?

No big deal in doing that, my friend always uses his 2nd passport to go for example to Brazil (visa is required for Canadians) and uses the Canadian passport when he enters Canada.

No, they don't care. All they need is a valid passport to enter Canada. Canadian or other with PR card
